Walks: Dover to Deal, Folkestone to DoverDover is a working harbour but has a beach of sorts on its main esplanade between the Eastern and Western Docks, and you do see locals swimming there. The white cliffs topped by the castle make a scenic backdrop. Suprisingly, despite being a harbour, there are some currents.
